It’s so funny how I stumbled across this episode. I was chatting to Orla via email about an ADHD workshop and when she seen I was a designer she added me on LinkedIn. On her LinkedIn I spotted her post about this episode - I squealed when I seen the post! A podcast with Amanda Grace!? I know her!!!!! 🤣 It’s a small small world sometimes.
I finished the episode and it really really resonated with me, in a big way! I felt like Orla was talking about me 🤣🤣🤣 Using technology to help with the executive functioning difficulties that comes with ADHD just makes so much sense to me.
I feel lost without my Google calendar. And I have forgotten to collect my kids once (ok maybe twice!) before I had alarms set up to remind me. When I go into a hyper focused zone - I will get so much work done - but I will forget about what’s going on outside my computer! So bring on the assistive technology please. Although I am not a fan of how AI is taking peoples creative work without permission and using that work to build models and make money for themselves. Love the podcast Amanda ❤️
Love your work Amanda! ❤️
I can’t wait to finish listening to this episode. I started it but my pesky kids interrupted me ❤️🤣 x
Lol.. if it wasn't for those pesky kids! Thanks so much, GRMA, Sinéad! Would love to hear any thoughts you care to share once you get to finish it!

Thanks so much, Jenny. Gosh yes, that certainly is a worry. There's a lot of uncertainty with AI too, in fairness. Who knows where it will lead us?
I may be a bit lazy:)
Lol... that's fair. I can be pretty lazy myself sometimes :)
